Arthur Ren is a second-generation builder and has always been fascinated by the impact on how our home contributes to the sense of our overall well being, quality of life, and day-to-day experiences. His attraction to this field led him to pursue his interest in architecture at the University of Toronto. This further fueled his interest and inspired his commitment to building custom luxury homes.
Mr. Ren is experienced and dedicated to creating vibrant designs and integrating his work of art within communities. From conceptual, planning, and developments, each element is brought to life through our innovative architecture, thoughtful design, and exceptional creation of environments.

Valdemar Oliveira has over 20 years of residential construction experience. As a certified BCIN Architectural Technologist with Gold Seal Certification in Project Management from the Canadian Construction Association, Valdemar is responsible for managing all construction activities at Sunrise Custom Homes.
Having worked on numerous projects throughout the GTA, ranging from low-rise to high-rise residential development, Valdemar’s roles have included cost estimation, contract management, site supervision, and project management.
Valdemar is renowned for his expertise in building high-end custom homes. He pays meticulous attention to every detail, bringing his client’s vision to life while exceeding their expectations.
